As some of you might have guessed by my absence, we had our baby!! On June 3rd at 9:49am we welcomed our beautiful baby boy Zachary James into this world. There are no words to describe the love that I felt in my heart the instant I saw this little man. My heart is filled to the brim with love. I have spent the last few days just starting at him, so incredibly in love. He is covered with kisses all day long. Every little face he makes melts my heart, and he has so many of them. His smile is the highlight of my days (he's a big smiler).
These are just a few pictures that I managed to take amongst the recovery. There will be plenty more little newborn photos on there way. I am hoping to do a 365, a picture for every day of his first year. I don't want to forget a single moment of it.
I will be sharing a little bit about our birth experience soon. I promise nothing gory. We had him naturally. Yes, all 8lbs 10oz of him. It was the most painful, beautiful and rewarding thing I have ever done. He is my biggest and best accomplishment in life.
